Network digitalization
Continuous monitoring for optimal performance
At the heart of the water distribution network, network sensing plays a key role in ensuring smooth operation and efficient management. Thanks to RTU and data loggers, information on various parameters such as flow rates, pressure levels, temperature and other quality parameters are collected in real time and remotely.
By continuously monitoring these key parameters, the network digitalization provide valuable information on the status and performance of the water systems. The data is then transmitted to central control systems, where it is analysed to make informed decisions and adjustments in real time.
These mechanisms allow operators to quickly detect anomalies, prevent potential problems and optimise system performance to effectively meet fluctuations in demand.
