Back-Office support for the Water Division
We are looking for a Back-Office support in the Water Division of Pietro Fiorentini Iberia in Barcelona.
To support the commercial team of the Water Division, performing administrative and commercial support tasks.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage customer quotation requests, requesting quotation from factory, sending quotation to customer and following up with customer
- Requesting samples to the factory, following up until the customer receives them
- Placing and following up orders
- Commercial support
- Screening of the tender notices we receive, to define if we can apply for them
- Documentary and administrative support for the preparation of tenders
- Market study of meters and valves, analysing tender awards
Training and skills required:
- Higher administrative degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in administrative / customer service / Back-Office area
- Advanced knowledge of Catalan is essential
- Medium-high level of English
Desired competencies:
- Initiative
- Organisational, hard-working and decisive person
- Experience in the water sector is desirable
- Experience in tenders is desirable
- Ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus
